Find your career at Marana Schools! MUSD is hosting a Job Fair on Saturday,  May 3, from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Mountain View High School Library. Numerous support staff and certified/exempt positions across MUSD schools and the District are being filled.

Marana Unified School District is grateful to announce a generous $3,000 donation from Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church to support students and families across the district.

In partnership with Pima County Health Department, MUSD is offering a Vaccine Clinic for students where all school-required vaccines will be available for FREE on April 29 at Quail Run Elementary School.

Complete the 2340 Foundation survey to inform future initiatives supporting teachers, students, and staff. The Marana Schools’ 2340 Foundation was created in 2012 to support students, educators, and schools within the Marana Unified School District.

Parents and the community are invited to the Marana Vista Academy Open House! Take a tour of the new school, enroll students at Vista for the 2025-26 school year, and learn about MUSD’s exciting personalized learning high school program opening in Fall 2025.

As part of our commitment to offering a comprehensive educational experience, MUSD will pilot AI technology in high school classrooms and on MUSD-issued Chromebooks for high school students, and provide access to Khanmingo, an AI-based personal tutor and teaching assistant from Khan Academy, for students in grades 5 - 12.

March 2-8 is National School Social Work Week, an opportunity for schools, communities, and partners to acknowledge and recognize the impactful work these advocates do to support students, families, and our community! 

The MUSD Governing Board members voted during their February 13 meeting in favor of hiring Jessica Franklin for the role. Mrs Franklin will assume the position effective July 1, 2025. Mrs. Shelly Vroegh is currently the principal.

Do you know what counselors do? Spoiler alert: It’s a lot! School counselors are certified, experienced educators with a master’s degree in school counseling.  This week, we’re celebrating their dedication to all students. Thank you Marana Middle School and Tortolita Middle School Twin Peaks K-8 and Dove Mountain K-8 counselors!
