All MUSD Schools HRS Level 2 Certified
In 2025, every school in the Marana Unified School District earned Level 2 High Reliability Schools (HRS) certification! Achieving Level 2 certification highlights a district-wide commitment to ensuring effective teaching in every classroom, a central component of student success and a hallmark of high-quality education.
By reaching Level 2, MUSD schools have demonstrated their focus on strengthening classroom instruction and maintaining consistent, high-quality teaching practices across the district. This milestone reflects the dedication of teachers, staff, and leaders who work each day to create classrooms where students are engaged, supported, and empowered to succeed.
With Level 2 certification now achieved district-wide, MUSD continues its journey toward the next phases of the HRS framework. Beginning in 2025-26, schools will begin working toward Level 3, Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum.
Marana Vista Academy and Tangerine Farms K-8 School opened in August 2025 and will begin their HRS journey after getting established through year one.
